The Reactor app is developed in order to secure an easier way to registration of incidents/observations using a mobile application (instead of the PC-based solution Synergi). A former pilot project within Thermal Power proved that an easy way to registrations leads to an extended number of observations and a high degree of user-satisfaction.
The Reactor app has been rolled out to all Thermal Power locations to a total of approx. 1000 TP users (including office premises). The app has introduced a new process for handling observations, since observations form the major part of the received registrations.
